MUSIC : how important is it to each one of us, individually?
How many of you are familiar with the feeling:
You are thrilled about the upcoming night, all your mates are feeling it, everyone is happy, in a good mood. - The night started well. - However, in the middle of the night, the quality of music dropped, now it is only shittier and shittier.💩 - Despite all your effort to enjoy and respect music (however it may be), your energy is drained and all you yearn for now is to return home, put your own music on and uplift your evening.

Throughout our lifetimes, we encounter individuals who are constantly surrounded by different types of music or music in general which have a big impact on their lives. Still, we're also crossing paths with individuals who are not that crazy about music and it plays a smaller or unimportant role in their lives.
For the past few years, I've been thinking about why and how can it be that to some people music means so much, while to others it doesn't seem to be that important.
If you ask yourself these questions, you come upon the term "musical anhedonia”. Which means - "a selective lack of pleasurable responses to music in individuals with or without brain damage" , literally, those who do not enjoy music.
Opposite to it, what music does to those who enjoy it? 👇👇👇
Considering these points above, we can in a way understand why some music can affect our energy badly.
Obviously, if you are a partygoer and live that kind of lifestyle, it is inevitable for you not to come across some music which is going to drain your energy.
How to protect your energy in those cases?
The exact solution on how to protect my energy in those situations is still something I'm searching for.
